01What TradeParley is
TradeParley is a community platform for traders. You cannot buy, sell, or hold any asset on TradeParley. We are not a broker, exchange, or investment adviser, and no trade is ever executed on this platform.
Group leaders use TradeParley to post trade ideas, market commentary, and educational content. Any position you choose to take based on what you read here is opened at your own broker, with your own money, under your own decision.
02Group leaders are independent
Group leaders are independent operators. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of TradeParley. We do not verify their identity, their credentials, their professional history, or the accuracy of anything they post.
A leader's posted track record reflects only the trade ideas they choose to share on TradeParley. It does not reflect what they trade privately, what they hold elsewhere, or how they would size or time a position in your account.
Leaders can change strategy, go on long cold streaks, or stop posting at any time. Choosing to follow or copy a leader is your decision and your responsibility.
03Nothing here is financial advice
Nothing on TradeParley — including posts, trade ideas, chat messages, charts, leaderboards, analytics, voice rooms, and blog articles — is investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. It is opinion and educational content shared by other users.
If you need actual advice, talk to a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
04Every trade is your decision
Trading involves substantial risk. Past performance — yours, a leader's, or a group's — does not predict future results. You can lose money on any trade you take. You can lose all of the money you put at risk.
Only put at risk money you can afford to lose entirely. Trading is not a substitute for income or savings.
05Data & uptime
Market data shown on TradeParley comes from third-party feeds. It can be delayed, incorrect, or temporarily unavailable. Charts, price alerts, and trade-status logic depend on this data and can fail. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee it. Do not stake a position on our infrastructure staying online.
